Community has serious problems with security hopefully it will gets better with 24h security, fees are high and there are trash everywhere makes me very uncomfortable to recommend to others who dislike to see this on the hallways

Too much to list here and I don't think you're going to listen anyways. We've complained about the garage, the dog poop, the safety, the security at one point or another and nothing has changed.

This community had a nice contemporary style and flair. The front office was very open and bright with a unique decor. The staff was friendly and inviting and I felt like I was at home during the tour. The conversation was personable and you can tell the leasing professional enjoyed his job and he spoke highly about his community and the management company. I would definitely recommend this place to call home.

This community was very nice and the leasing professional did a great job of making me feel it would be just perfect for me. The amenities were large and well maintained. The apartment had a lot of unique touches and an inviting and open floor plan that made it feel like you were living in a resort hotel.

Form the moment I walked in, there was a great customer service experience. The property was very well maintained and the leasing office was very open and spacious. The staff was very professional and the property was very urban and had a feel of warehouse or loft style living. The only downside I would say was the location it is on a very busy intersection and could be hard getting in and out at busy hours.

The community was beautiful and had been maintained very well; however, the staff did not convey a warm feeling. Everything was rushed and there was no time taken to get to know me. The model apartment was nicely decorated and hallway area very clean. I would not feel comfortable referring friends to the community due to the impersonal manner of the staff I met.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The amenities were outstanding the business center the conference room and the pool were places that I saw myself using. The property was in excellent condition very clean and quiet. I would have definitely moved into the community.
