It is all about the money and a facade as to residents and the overall 'presence' of ethical property concerns. If managementt can not represent a strong community involvement regarding pride in where you live, a visibility, and inflexibility regarding the writtten rules, policies, and "bond" as well as lease requirements, than expect nothing more out of residents that do not read the lease.

Because you do not implement your own policy. CWS is obligated to protect those Residents who comply with the policy against others who disregard Rules which is set by the company. Just sending out Memos without enforcing the policy is waste of papers. We have so many Residents who do not clean after their dogs, play loud music, behave inappropriate in the swimming pool. CWS accommodates to GUESTS or Future Residents rather present Residents.

I would like to see 1 entrance and 1 exit, with a security guard at the entrance with strict control

The actual apartment units are very nice but the way the property is left by the tenets can be very discouraging at times.

Overall the community was very nice. The prices were a bit expensive for the square footage offered; however it was acceptable because of the amenities to residents. The customer service was great.

I would not recommend this community for friends and family mostly because of the lack of security and lack of customer service in the leasing office.

Being a neighbor to this community is a nightmare! Rap parties going on this garage is a nightly occurrence!!! I don't know how the residents who live there can stand it! Just living next door keeps me away nightly! Tonight I called the police. And I will continue to call them every night if I have to.

The community looked very nice. It was clean and inviting. The leasing professional was warm, friendly, polite and professional. I liked visiting there. The tour was excellent.

I like almost everything about this apartment. Management are so nice and friendly ( They even send me or maybe everybody a birthday card!), easy monthly payment no fee, maintenance is quick and responsive. Love the floor plans and amenities, and the location. Rates maybe a little bit high, not as much as others like gables and such. I wish they kept that $500 referral promotion

The apartments and personnel are great, the only concern I have when recommending someone would be the other residents and their lack of respect for the community provided.

Would have a higher chance of recommendation if (i) the rent was a little lower (at least for the one bedrooms), (ii) the gym underwent an upgrade, and (iii) the gates (both for vehicles and pedestrians) were NOT always broken.

Great maintenance that all I can say. I live by the pool and its a nightmare people are swimming and making noises at 2:30 am thats when i called the after hr number but they were still there till 4am. The pool is suppose to be close at 10pm.

The apartment location was very convenient and close to stores and shops. The apartment was reasonably priced and had all the basic amenities. The community was clean and well maintained.

I live at the marq on voss and have for a little over a year, I love my apartment the only problem I have is the unprofessional leasing agent (young blond ) that yells and acts very foolish when her other staff members aren't around !! The manager is always helpful and friendly but never there on weekends to see the problems and actions of the leasing agent .I have said something to the male that works in the office before about this problem more then once but nothing changed , he no longer works in the office so my next step will be contacting the corp office , I have a video to share about the unprofessional language to residents that was used at the pool and in office on two different weekends .
