The apartment was slightly small but it was homey. They seemed very much caring about what was done and how. The apartment style was exactly what I needed, a nice kitchen and large comfortable bath tub where I would love to soak most of the time.

The staff was friendly, but they just did not move me in a way that I wanted to live in that community. I was not convinced that they wanted me in their community.

I like the Professionalism and attitude of the staff here and CWS apartments have been exceeding expectation in all aspects

This community and its amenities were impressive. The customer service was professional and pleasant. I would lease there if I were looking for an apartment.

Staff and morale has changed since I moved in three or four years ago staff is young makes no connection to current residence and treats residence like another number. Some are rude and unpersonable . Perhaps they are over worked who knows ..but makes asking questions regarding my apartment difficult and almost nonexistent

I had several problems with my apartment, the manager was noticed and he never help me, so I just have to wait until my lease is over, he's words

I would most definitely lease an apartment here. The Leasing Professional presented the community well and made me feel comfortable.

If I were a real customer, I would not want to live downtown as I am not a downtown person. I would rather drive downtown. The community was very nice and had a lot to offer. It was clean and the apartment and amenities were very nice. I would recommend this location to people who love to live in the city and walk around. The leasing agent was able to show me everything there was to offer me at this location and talk to me about the apartment, made suggestions and was very informative about the community. I was pleased with the presentation.

Would not. Tenants are loud and disrespectful and do not care about throwing trash all over the place. Not a safe place for children, especially if you're trying to walk through the parking garage without getting hit by speeding cars.

The leasing agent was very kind and the community was in a centralized location. The location was convenient with easy access to three major highways. There were also grocery stores, restaurants and options for shopping surrounding the property.
