The apartment was a bit pricey for the amenities and features it offered. I would be comfortable living there.

The first floor had very nice concrete floors, crown molding and a unique bedroom space with an outside door to close off from the living space. The lease rate was reasonable and the leasing professional was very nice.

The apartments are lovely, maintenance is great and many stores, restaurants etc are walking distance.

The property was very cute. We did not view much of the property, but the office and amenities I did view were very well kept. That made me feel like I would be taken care of in the community.

I would recommend it if they are looking for a place to live with a lot to do in the surrounding area.

Overall, I was happy with the community. The leasing professional was attentive to my needs and I would refer this community to others.

Based on my experience as a dog owner, I wouldn't recommend anyone I know move here. People speed thru the parking lot without any regard to pedestrians or pets.
While reprinting the lines and speed buoys was a start, there needs to be a posted speed limit and more bumps or someone is going to get hurt.

For all the above reasons, plus the residents are mostly friendly. This is an easy place to live and be a part of.

The apartment was spacious, nicely done, very conveniently close to almost everything that a person may need, such as shopping, restaurants, theater. Everything was in walking distance and just minutes from downtown.

If you can afford the high prices for the small spaces without a laundry option (which I did sign a lease knowing the size and lack of laundry), then this is a lovely community. However, if you are in a cost effective phase of your life, you will be making sacrifices.

The community overall is nice. However there is rampant crime which the apartment will not tell you about. Break ins, peeping toms and multiple thefts. The apartments are pet friendly however restricted breeds are everywhere. Sometimes you do not always feel safe when walking by a patio and dogs are growling at you and your pet. I would be very careful when considering these apartments for what they cost. Really not worth it.
