The location and upgrades really made it stand out compared to some of the other communities in the area. It was very close to all the good bars and food, and an Alamo Drafthouse. Parking was ample and the major highways were really close by.

The community was in an excellent location and the aesthetic was great for people looking for a more homey feel. There were plenty of local shops nearby and a park just on the other side of the community. It was really a nice and intimate environment with a quiet setting.

Its centrally location is a positive , i would like more updated amenities in the apartment! The rent is exceptionally high for what you get w/newer apartment s! Also i love pets but most people don't pick up behind thir pets! Wat too much dog waste!
I wanted to, personally, thank you for your feedback! We are centrally located with brand new renovations upon availability such as brand new granite counter tops, cabinets, back splash, tubs, crown molding throughout, and so much more! This gives everyone an opportunity to move into an apartment with brand new, never been used, upgrades. We are continuously renovating the exterior of the property as well, giving it a fresh look without the tedious headache of the new construction problems. Too much construction and/or interruptions.

We are always looking to improve our community to keep it looking and feeling new but within the next couple of weeks we will be completely finished with this years exterior improvements. The apartment was nice and looked maintained. The community in the center of the community looked appealing. The location was amazing and I think I would enjoy living there if I wanted to be close to all those amenities.

The price for such a small space is really high.

The Austin market has defiantly increased in the past few years due to the increase in population. The great news about Austin Midtown is we are, not only in an incredible location, but we, also, are one of the lowest costs in the region. You are, also, at a lower expense currently than our street value which we want to continue. If you are interested in more space I would love to speak to you about a possible transfer to a 2 bedroom 75 to 60 days from your lease expiration. I love the location to the area we live in with convenience to great restaurants and shopping. There is definitely a sense of community.
