The community looked cozy and welcoming. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was attractive and modern. I felt like it would be a great place to call home.

I would recommend this to any young couple or single looking for a quiet and safe place to live. I would NOT recommend this to party-college kids.

See above. There’s also barely any soundproofing and I’m on the top floor. I can’t imagine what it sounds like on the first floor.

Would: It's safe, affordable but not junky, it's a good "starter place", it has easy access to MoPac and Burnet
Would not: If I lived on the first floor, the squeaky floors would drive me nuts (luckily I'm on the second, so I'm just driving my downstairs neighbors nuts), carpeted, too small of a kitchen

This was an older community that was nicely updated. It had a clean and comfortable feeling.

nice location, great staff, pricey but I am paying for my location.

Only negative is the small kitchen/den area and a lack of a microwave.

The community was was clean and newly renovated which was nice. The customer service was average. The price was a little high for what they offered.

I love the location to so many restaurants and retail. You can walk to so many places if you don't feel like driving.

The community was a good value for the money. The leasing professional was friendly and knowledgeable about the community and the apartment.
