Its an awesome apartment, great location and nice upgrades. I feel safe in the parking lot and everyone seems very nice in general.

Great location (older part of Austin, not off of a freeway, near bus routes), two pools, nice people.

I rather enjoyed visiting the community, because the leasing agent that helped me did a wonderful job for the community not being his normal property.

Staff is nice. Complex is nice. Neighborhood is fantastic.

Good value, great location, friendly and safe.

The community was very well kept and the apartment itself was updated with granite counter tops and wood blinds. It was a good size for the price and very fitting for the area of town.

The leasing professional gave a great presentation, but I was not very impressed with the community overall. It seemed old and outdated. The fitness room was very poor, but the pools were nice.

I feel the price is steep for the value. It's a nice apartment for the post part in a great location, just really overpriced. If the price was more reasonable I would definitely recommend it.

A warm, inviting community nestled in the heart of the city. There were beautiful amenities and features and they are close to everything.
