The apartments are real nice and the space for the money is wonderful but when you don't have a peace of mind to come home to peace and quiet that is a BIG negative part. So I would not recommend to anyone because I would not like for anyone I know go through what I am going through.

All in all it is a nice place, it could be a bit better maintained, the wood walkways to the parking area are pretty worn out. I have tripped a few times on knotholes and cracked steps. Also, the breezeways could be swept clear of cobwebs and better lit. The parking areas are very dark too.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment because of the quality. They are more expensive than they should for this quality issues I stated above. Overall the new management has done a good job and have improved customer service a lot. These apartments really need an overhaul though. The best thing about the inside is the size, but everything else falls pretty short.

In General, for every renewal of the lease should give a discount or benefit to the existing resident. They increase the rent on each renewal and they are intelligent enough to provide good answers for the hike or simply they say according the market rate. So I do not recommend to family and friends, but I give my honest positive feedback and advice them to prepare in advance for the hike in rent. They will decide whether to live or not. I have seen one family who took only 3 months lease and left after 3 months they did not showed any interest to continue the lease. I can recommend this apartment for temporary stat and upto the maximum of an year. That's it.

These apartments are designed beautifully, however, the materials used to build them are cheap materials, hence the floors, the stairs coming into the building, and the plastic railings.

my concerns were stated in the previous questions. my concerns are there are no installation in the floor to act as a sound barrier and it makes both my neighbor and i feel miserable to come home. i can tell how she feels by the yelling, slamming of doors, and the comments that i hear yes hear her make after i have being home for ten minutes.

I wouldn't recommend this community because they only care about the money they don't care about residents. They were very helpful when I first signed the lease afterwards they aren't really helpful

If the attention to detail was improved in getting the apartment readied for a new tenant. If they took the extra 30 mins to wood screw the floor boards to stop the squeaking, if they filled any hole and ensured there was nothing left on the floor before or,,ing out the new carpet, that would resolve 90% of the issues I have
