No, this is not a place I would recommend people to live for very long. It's okay for short-term rentals, but it isn't a great experience for year long leases or renewals or Corporate furnished housing. Maybe on the top floor...definitely not on the bottom floor.

My guest always say how much they would enjoy living here, (but they all own home). One friend always mentions how he would love to be able to buy the complex. Lol

I do believe there was a plan to surround the community with a gate and that has now been put on hold.

I liked the property, it was very quiet and had great views from the outside deck. The layout was very spacious and inviting. Overall, I enjoyed the property

RENTS TOO HIGH. NOT WORTH IT. ONLY THING IS THE LOCATION IS GOOD.
Our prices are based on the market rates in the area. Several factors drive market rates including school districts, square footage and amenities. Our community offers competitive pricing and the rates change daily. Please stop by the office to discuss in more detail.

I felt the community was clean, though it could use some needed repairs for the amenities. The apartments were nicely laid out and were reasonably priced for the area.

Flooring in this community apartment is not very good. It's a must these days to have a gated secured cummunity

Overall, the experience was a pleasant one. The leasing agent was very friendly, professional, and pleasant. Her interaction was great over the phone and in person. She really made you feel comfortable and she was very inviting. She did a great job with continuing to use my name during the phone conversation and during the visit, which gave a personal touch. The community was nice, clean, and quiet.

As a real customer, I would not have been impressed with the look of the area outside of the apartment because it was very dated. I was most impressed with the apartment itself. I loved the patio, it was the best feature and then the offer to screen it in at no charge made the apartment even better.
