The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing consultant was pleasant and cordial. I would recommend the community to others that desired to reside in the area. I would lease an apartment from the community if I felt a desire to reside in the area.

Loving it at the Marquis at Perimeter Center

Sonya and Rochelle are AWESOME!!! They are Very Attentive, Caring, Supportive and their Customer Service is Outstanding. Both are very Professional on every level. The maintenance staff take care of things quickly, efficiently and they really listen and care about the tenants issues and concerns. I didn't think it could get any better until they introduced the Cares Team to the Community. Tony and Dee are Amazing and I love all that they bring to the community. They have become members of my family. Having lived here for several years, I would recommend this apartment complex to all of my friends looking for a great place to live with a wonderful staff.

The location is good and I like my apartment itself. Overall, I feel like the grounds are well kept and the community is safe, which is important.

On the other hand, I don't like the fact that we get nickle and dimed for our expenses. Pet rent? Seriously? Plus, this trash situation is RIDICULOUS. On Dec. 5 we hear that our trash compactor was broken. On Dec. 18 we get a message saying: Repairs to the electrical box at the compactor area are expected to begin today. If everything goes as planned the main compactor will turned back on for normal operation tommorrow. Please look out for a follow up email within the next 24 hours.

24 hours later we did not have a fixed compactor nor did we get a follow up message. As of lunchtime today our compactor was STILL broken and trash was STILL piled up. How would YOU feel if this is what you were paying for? It has nearly been 20 days since this happened with no results to show for it.

Thank you for yor feedback. The trash situation is a process that is ongoing due to unforseen repairs found during the process. Proper communicatons are sent to all residents with any new developements of completion. We have placed an open top container on site that is frequently emptied while we follow repair procedures. We understand the frustrations this issue may cause but we are diligently working to resolve this matter. Feel free to call or stop by the office to discuss in further detail.
I have lived at this community for about 6 years now and must say that I love it. The trash compactor was down numerous times back in 2012 and no one knew why or when it would be back up. Sadly it took about 2 months but the maintenance team kept the area clean which I appreciated. I am not happy about not having a compactor to use right now but I am pleased to receive updates from the office and to see maintenance cleaning up the area every day. Hopefully the area will be back to normal sooner than later nonetheless.

The apartments aren't up to date electrical wise. They don't have any light fixtures in the main rooms of the apartment, and with almost every other resident here being a family I am surprised that there is not a playground.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Our apartment homes have overhead lighting in all rooms except the bedroom and living room area. I understand the inconvenience this may cause; however, most communitites constructed in this surrounding area were built this way. We do have some families here while also being a diverse community offering 1,2 and 3 bedroom options. We have some exciting new addtions coming up in the year 2015 and installing a playgorund is definitely one of them. We know our families here will love this new amenity.

I think that the office personnel was very warm and inviting. I liked the general area but feel the pricing was a little steep for the space. It did not feel like I would be getting enough space for my buck. The community was okay as I drove through. Nothing spectacular stood out to me or made me feel like I have to move in right now. The great personality helped but not sure if the community alone is worth the price.

Great home, though a few issues

I moved in several months back from an awful place in Alpharetta and I must say that I love this community. The team seems to really care and want to bring the residents together. I've gotten a lot of invitations to community parties, and would have went if not for my unfortunate work schedule. The apartments are massive (mine is 1200 sq ft.), and it's a very quiet area. You wouldn't know it's so close to GA-400.

My only complaint is one that you will read in other reviews: it's very easy to hear our upstairs neighbors. Thankfully, they're very conscious of this and do what they can, but footsteps definitely travel.

Their maintenance team is pretty good. It's still apartment maintenance, so it isn't the level of service a professional contractor would vend, but it's still pretty good for an apartment. It's also worth mentioning that they have a 24-hour response guarantee. If they don't get to it within a business day, they credit your rent (weekends count for emergencies, I think). All-in-all, I love my new home, and don't think I'll be looking elsewhere come time for my lease to end. Thanks, guys!

I am a current resident. For the past 2 weeks when I have needed to get in touch with the office it goes to voice mail and tells me to leave a message. Can't even get a live person on phone...

The noise issues is something that has to be handled, when you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom there is an issue. Also I find the comments about this so called "security officer" amusing. I have personally tried to get a hold of this person on more than one occasions, left numerous messages and not once have any of my messages been acknowledged. Even when the neighbors upstairs were blasting music and jumping around so loudly that they shook our ceiling and knocked pictures off the wall at 4am. Unless the sound issues are taken care of I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Thin Walls!!!

The walls are really really thin!!! I don't need or want to hear ppl's personal business and conversations! Also paying the price for what you get just doesn't match. If they would fix that this property might stand a chance
