Complex is quiet with lots of open spaces. Rent is affordable, but with lots of pros. Beautiful pool area and lake view.
Cons would be thin walls. Lots of parking violations.

I've been here before the new management and there have been improvements on the property. Tennis court needs to be redone, cracks in the court and bad nets. Property price is high but the space is nice. Other than that great place to live. Diverse community which I love. I do think the other empty court needs to be a playground.

It was an older community with decent upgrades. Considering the location the rental price was pretty good.

We like this community a lot. We feel really safe here.

What these reviewers are pointing out is the key issue which is the foundation. These apartments are nice in size but the lack of acknowledgement about the foundation plays a role. I will say that i am sure there are children who may be extra and parents who may not have a filter when it comes to that, but overall hearing people cough, sneeze, flushing the toilet is like a slap in the face. Paying close to or over a thousand dollars a month in rent you should have some sort of barrier protection. I don't care if they have to go in every apartment one by one and tell the residents to move their things to one side to fix rooms; room by room. I hope something is done soon or people will continue to leave.

I would recommend taking either one of those tennis courts or that giant blank area beside them and turning it into a play ground.

This community was receiving a great face lift. The price was right for the apartment and the area of town was great.

Because they are very spacious apartments for the money.

If I see an improvement in the foundation, that way they would not encounter the same problem I am having, I would recommend it

The leasing professional was inviting and friendly. The one bedroom apartment was one of the best floor plans I have seen. It was large and spacious.

not worth the price and headache!!!

I have lived in this community far too long on Parkgate Dr and I also have had the most horrible and disrespsectful neighbors. Floor boards are extremely horrible and I moved in when the complex "supposedly" did a multi million dollar upgrade. They did nothing to the floor boards. It's as if there is nothing but worn out wood between the floors. Neighbors allow their kids to run up and down the halls, jumping on beds, talking loud, slamming cabinets and doors, etc and this goes on many many weeknights and weekends until 3 and 4 in the morning. The child doesn't work and I do so i expect the adult to be responsible and aware of the noise especially if I've made multiple complaints. They don't get it and don't care and will purposely make more noise if they receive a noise complaint notice. I have no peace when I am home and mgmt cannot control the actions of others. Sending a notice about noise complaints has done no good, I've even spoken to corporate about the previous lease mgr and the noise and itis still an issue. Like the other reviewer I hate to go home every night. And the adults are up all night. I just don't get it and why they can't be mindful of others. People with kids and pets should be on the bottom floor.

The mgmt team and maintenance are very nice, they all knew my name and always spoke when they saw me. The complex looks great and seems to be everything as described in the description. It is true that mgmt will listen to your concerns and will fix any problem you have as long as it is a minor fix. Mgmt will not fix the real issues with this place, i.e. including sound barriers in the floors so that it doesn't sound like your neighbors are in the next room. The reviews with complaints about the kids running and stomp'n is - really isn't their fault, the floors have no sound barriers and it appears to those under them as running and stomping. I can hear my neighbor snoring as if they're in the next room. I have not read any complaints of neighbor making noise next to them - only above or below them. Honestly, those of you who are considering moving in - the privacy living inside the apartments is not normal apartment living noise. It really is not as serene on the inside as it is on the outside. So if you are never at home, this is the perfect place for you. provided the rent is no more than $750 including water and sewer for a 1 bedroom. Also, expect to share the expense of water usage for the whole complex. Mgmt and staff here are as great as they are because living inside the apartments is not as serene as outside with the newly renovated pool, and the upcoming fitness center or the clean complex. There pleasantry makes it an even balance - not worth the increase in rent to renew the lease. One year is too long to stay here.
