I was not overly impressed with this community. I also did not like the wooden steps shook as we were walking up the stars. Also, in the apartment as you walked the floor squeaked and it felt as if I was going fall through.

I have a few referrals in the community already.

I've had an overall good experience. The acoustical privacy is actually poor and, if anyone asked about it, I'd have to admit it.

The property upkeep needs work.

I felt like the leasing professional was a very nice person. She genuinely could relate to me having a teenager during our conversation in the leasing office. The property did not wow me at all. I thought that for the location, there would have been more offered for the rate. The railing really bothered me because they did not seem sturdy at all. I had to catch myself because I felt that I would fall. The best thing about the property was the view of the pool from the business area. I would not consider leasing the property, because I did not see the value.

I would because of the community, cleanliness, and great service.

It's a little expensive for what you get. But it is a pricier area and it is nicer than other apartments we looked at.

I'm neutral but its mainly do to the quality of the apartments compared to the rent. Leasing companies realize Atlanta is a booming market and will drive rent as high as can be. Rent in Atlanta is now as high as Chicago which is DEFINITELY not good.

I had an engaging experience visiting the community. The Leasing Professional made me feel valued and welcome. The visit was interesting and the ambiance of the community itself was welcoming. I would have leased there and would recommend the community to others.

Since adding the Care Team to the Marquis at Perimeter apartments there is more of a community type of feel than before. They make you feel as though you are part of their family. Overall they are a great addition to this apartment community.

I have learned again that the grass isn't always greener on the other side! I am a resident that lived at the Marquis for several years. As a resident at the Marquis I lived in a spacious apartment I made into a sweet "home"; my "home" was surrounded with clean grounds that were kept up by an excellent maintenance staff; as a resident I had a voice with a great office staff that responded to any thought of concern I had. Then a year before I left a Cares Team came to our property where I was taken "care" of as a friend and neighbor. The Cares Team planned events that were perfect for our community of young families, singles, young professional couples, and even elderly. Everyone had opportunity to find something social to connect to. I personally took advantage of the free, fun, and challenging fitness classes put on by our Cares Team who happened to be professionals in that area. After the Cares Team arrived I got to know people at events and functions they hosted I would not have met otherwise. The community became "my community" and "my neighborhood". One where I felt safe as a single woman, and I felt known and cared for! It doesn't get much better than that! It's now a place I dearly miss.

The leasing agent was okay. However, some parts of the tour seemed like she was going through the motions while others were satisfying. There could be some small touch up to the apartment and I did not see the value. The amenities needed attention especially the pool area.

The level of customer service I received from the leasing professional was outstanding. The community and all it had to offer was well worth the lease rate. I would refer this community to others.
