Walls/ceiling are paper thin. I hear my neighbor's entire conversation, all day, every day. I even hear them turning on the faucet. As I work from home, this is unacceptable. No insulation.

The walls are so thin that staying in terrace level you just have to forget about sleeping if you have a noisy neighbor on top floor

I think the upkeep of the property has decreased over the last year. The new maintenance and office team don't stay on top of the property. Even with regular property maintenance, it seems spotty. I have walkway deck planks that are raised and a hazard. Yet, I have seen other decking repaired. And when I've mentioned it to maintenance, I've been told things would be updated soon.

I appreciate your candid feedback and concerns. We have been short staff in both areas and the property may have suffered to do this. We are working diligently to hire a Assistant Community Director and an Assistant Maintenance Director as we speak. The deck boards are on a 3 year project and your area is the next on the list beginning in 2018.

MONEY!!!! The rent goes up every year. You will be penalized if you become a long time resident so only plan on staying a year or two.

This community had all that you could ask for in an affordable price range. The apartments are spacious with a well organized floor plan. The staff is friendly and warm. The community is close to shopping and expressways. This is a nice place to call home.
