The neighbors disregards the other neighbor 's in the same building .
The water calculation is not fair at all . I'm paying a water bill as if I was staying in a house , when I'm never home my water bill is outrages .

I'm so sorry you're having issues with noisy neighbors. We have a new courtesy officer that is here to address noise issues. Our water is billed through the city and will fluctuate month to month.

The ants, my dishwasher and my window are the only things I've called for and none of them have been resolved. The ants are by far the worst and I still have them.
I'm so sorry you are having issues. We treat for any pests weekly and your apartment hasn't been on the list. Please let us know about any outstanding maintenance. We don't have any open requests for your apartment. I'd be happy to have maintenance stop by to make any necessary repairs.

The walls are very thin. The family upstairs is extremly noisy.

The size of the apartment is great based on the expense, but there is absolutely zero sound proofing.

The community is an older community that appeared to have made some upgrades to compete with newer communities. That being said, the pricing in my opinion was high, despite the location.
This is a good community.
No community is perfect but The Marquis at the Perimeter is good community to move into. Any issues you have Sunny the new Community Director is ready to fix. She is a great addition to the community. She listen to your concerns and fixes them. Kathy is there as well and she loves the community and is very helpful as well. If you are looking for a community that is afforadable and place you can call home, check this community out.
