Recommended in the past and future

I WOULD NOT because we've had CONSTANT issues with noise from our upstairs neighbors and NOTHING was DONE about it! Kathy was called several times about the neighbors in 77 A, there were letters sent to them and they have been called by Kathy but NOTHING happened! We've even went upstairs to talk to these ppl about it and they still act as if they're the only ones living in this building. They have 2 kids that they let run, stomp and jump all day long, they're also LOUD, this goes from time they get up till 1 and 2 in the morning everyday! We've gotten to the point to where we hate coming home due to this! This is constant and at this point we need a piece of mind! We pay a lot of hard earned money each month on time to deal with this?! I don't think so! I know the walls are thin as all get out but geez you need to be respectful of your neighbors. They should've been put in a bottom apartment then their kids and them can run,stomp and jump all they want! I really hate it for anyone who has to live under these neighbors next, they also won't have a piece of mind. As long as we've been here you would at least think we were owed some type of resolve on this issue.

Good location, but budings are very old and it shows; rent is more than it should be for what you get... The only good things about this complex are the office staff an the maintenance staff... The amenities are nice, but I feel like they're there just to justify the high rent.

Good location and reasonable cost

this is a nice community and quiet. the price is right for the area although it could include other ammenties for the price.

I was quite impressed with the agent's personality and her conversation style. She was able to overcome adversity and present an exciting and vibrant community.

1. I would recommend as I do see the developemnt/improvements in the apartment/apartment community.
2. I would not recommend as the apartment price is increasing year by year which is not good. In-General, the price should be reduced for each year honoring the existing residents for choosing/extending to live with the community for one more year.

New management is Horrible the community services have declined

I should have payed closer attention to past reviews of the apartment community when residents complained about the bugs. That is the biggest problem I have encountered while being here. I know it has a lot to do with the trees and wooded areas, but something needs to be done.

you are doing and fixing many things so I think then the apartment community will be a beautiful place to live.

Very nice property. You get a lot more than you pay for with wonderful friendly staff.

I am not to happy with the new change of management.

It was a better place to live before the knew company took over.

I would recommend the apartment community but I would say that it might not be perfect for a semi permanate home. Rent increases yearly and it can get expensive even after years of committed living.
