The community was in a very nice area. The rent was reasonable for the area. The community was very well maintained. The pool, exercise room and other amenities were in excellent condition. The community was quiet.

The community was located close to shops, restaurants, and a desirable area. There were several floor plans to choose from and all the apartments included a washer and dryer. The lease rates were reasonable and the community was pet friendly.

This community was beautiful. It was a nice place, for those who could afford to live there.

If you are looking for a wonderful apartment in Freso, you must look at Le Provence. From the excellent staff, to fountains surrounded with flowers. The apartments were very spacious you will want to apply right away.

The leasing agent had an upbeat demeanor and highlighted the pricing specials on apartments. She made it clear I was getting a very good deal and highlighted the amenities and aspects of the apartment that provided value. I was impressed with the location and cleanliness of the community. The apartment was roomy and attractive in appearance. The community had a swimming pool, whirlpool and 24 hour fitness center which were positive aspects. The only amenity it did not have that I was looking for was a computer lab. The location provided a lot of benefits for an affordable rental price. I would be likely to recommend the community to others.

Every thing about the apartment was awesome. I would love to live there, and would recommend it to any one.

The community is very elegant. There are many amenities included with the rent. The apartments are classy yet comfortable.

My 1B1B apartment unit was very spacious, with a big patio. The management staff is very courteous and maintenance is quick, never had any problems. The dishwasher broke down, staff had maintenance look at it the next day and then they ended up changing the dishwasher completely with a new one, any delay was due to the lead time in getting the new dishwasher shipped here. So in short I did not have any complaints about the management. These are more family friendly apartments and generally quiet, Never had any safety issues. Water and trash is separate from the rent and so it the mailbox fee of fifty dollars at start, which is kind of upsetting. But overall a good experience.

The staff was very professional. The agent was very welcoming. The community was very peaceful. The amenities and features were great.

I currently reside at Le Provence and I am very pleased. When applying the each one of the leasing agents and staff were very welcoming. My personal experience was very enjoyable, the staff is caring and respectful. The grounds are well kept and the community overall is wonderful.
