Overall, this is a very nice property. Le Provence is known for being upscale and pricy. Upon touring the property, I noticed it was well kept, very clean including the dumpster areas. The clubhouse was beautiful with modern decor, but a bit small. I was also surprised there was only one pool and it was small for over 200 apartments. The gym was gorgeous and great size! Customer service from the staff met my expectations, but it did not exceed them.

Nice area, pretty grounds. If someone doesn’t need to have the newest flooring, cabinets, counters, and appliances then it is a good spot to live.

Its hard to recommend a place that increases the rent by 200-300 when its time to renew a lease. Isn't conducive of a long term rental.

Rate increase every year I have been here. On a fixed income will every year dread the increase. One day I will be priced out of these apartments. No-one on your end cares!!!

I feel that real customer service is building a rapport immediately with a customer by finding information about them, possibly their family, their situation and their concerns and likes before talking about the community. Maybe asking them more questions about where they used to live and than sharing some things about yourself and also using humor at the right times. Maybe bringing up an interesting subject that could be related to the community or an event. Truly seeing if you can help that customer get a full picture if what it would be like to live at that community.

The community was a beautifully appointed apartment community. The apartment homes offered spacious floor plans with upgraded features that were standard in their apartments. They had a beautiful pool and spa area, a 24-hour fitness room, and a community clubhouse. The community was located near a grocery store, fine dining, and shopping centers.

I would likely live here because I like the floor plan layout and high ceilings.

I think it is a great community - everyone is helpful and the neighbors are very thoughtful of surrounding neighbors. Rent isn't cheap BUT I am a firm believer (the older I get)...you get what you pay for!

Can't get any other cable/internet provider to my apartment besides ATT. Felt pin-holed by that.

Nice units, well maintained, good neighbors, great staff, nice gym and pool, I have been here 3 years, never had a negative experience, safe and comfortable

I have lived here now for 4 years and I have had nothing but good experiences while living here. From the service crew being incredibly helpful to the office helping me out with any and all my needs.

The price is a bit higher than what friends are looking for.

Reasonable rent for what you get
