The leasing agent was friendly and informative. The community was well maintained and had a lot to offer.

Complex is well maintained. Maintenance always responds in a timely matter to all requests. Staff regularly try to implement improvements and ideas for events.

I would definitely recommend the apartment complex to friends or family because it is very close to shops and it is also gated and safe and the grounds are kept clean and the staff is friendly.

My apartment was not in condition to leased when I received it. Right off the bat, my apartment had a termite infestation for which only a local treatment was done which in my opinion a whole treatment or possibly switch to a different unit to complete the address the problem is required

The name and location come across as so much more than it is, or at least what I was shown. I live by this neighborhood and always thought it was probably very extravagant. I didn't see that at all. The location is great. You couldn't ask for better. Amanda was a sweetheart but her heart wasn't in it.
The first thing that happened was the parking situation. There was parking for future residents, but those spots were taken. Oddly enough...there were no future residents in the leasing office. I had to back straight out of the parking area where I found rose bushes and a fountain in my way. I could not find any other parking options. The only thing pointed out to me on the golf cart trip to see an apartment I couldn't enter was barking dogs on a balcony. I was told I could call security on them if needed.

I recommend Le Provence all the time. I know my experience here is shared by many. So of course I would want my friends and family to experience life here.

My rent is like a house payment and I’m only in a 1 bedroom apartment. The garbage dumpsters are always too full. The parking is limited, I cannot have company over. The A/C unit is out dated and too small, making my power bill outrageous. I have smokers who live across from me and the right, which the smell of their habit travels into my apartment. The interior and cabinetry is dated. The apartment itself is poorly insulated.

I feel the disallowing of bbq on patio is ridiculous even with a 1lb propane cylinder I can understand a 5lb propane might be too much but really a 1lb is a bit ridiculous

I have been very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the amenities available. It has always felt safe and I enjoy the interactions I have had with all the staff.

The amenities are fantastic. The staff is amazing and any and all maintenance requests are filled very quickly.

This area of Fresno is neat. And these apartments are conveniently located. Safe and Quiet as well.

Inside very nice, nice neighbors. But worst lawns now...something changed.

This is a large property with over 200 apartments in a good neighborhood.

Le Provence does an excellent job of maintaining the property.

The community offers a spacious two-bedroom floor plan that comes with all of the kitchen appliances and a garage. The vaulted ceilings add a nice touch. The community amenities are appealing and include a beautiful clubhouse. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.
