The community was nice and the grounds were well kept the staff were nice and pleasant but did not go out of there way or do anything special. Based on the grounds and apartments as well as amenities I would consider this community a good value.

The location is really great,the neighborhood is very nice. the Le Provence grounds are kept nice and overall the management team does a really good job. The service guys are great.

The apartment community had a great overall appeal. I especially appreciated the overall security provided by the dominion, all apartments in the area, that gave it a neighborhood watch kind of feel. I especially appreciated the garage under or next to each apartment. It also provided an additional sense of security and personality.

The community was located in a residential area, which I liked. The apartments looked to be average. The leasing professional was friendly.

This place is horrible, we are planning to leave when our lease is up. I'm praying if we move into another manco abbott community we don't have this kind of experience there either because I love the amenities offered for convenience since like I said before I work from home and it's nice to know that I can just walk a few feet to get in a work out, or a swim.

The office staff is very attentive and great to work with. They also know most people by first name, which is an awesome connection.
