Very limited parking. Small details overlooked by team turning units (light fixtures crooked, ceiling fan loose, waterproofing of sliding door, etc.) Also do not like the AC upstairs: feels like little to no air comes out into either bedroom.

Too expensive to be as dated as it is. Grounds are very nice but old, cheap appliances and inefficient heating and cooling are a drawback.

The grounds were beautiful. The clubhouse was nice, and the amenities being available to rent for private functions was exciting. The property was located in a beautiful neighborhood and near shopping. The gym had excellent equipment and was open 24 hours a day. The office staff was friendly.
