The staff at the community were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The community had a gorgeous fountain, flowers all around and a beautiful statue on the right hand side of the office door. The office had an amazing staff. The apartments were built as condos with garages and had extra special windows throughout. If you are looking in the Fresno area, you must see Le Provence.

This leasing agent was very professional. She provided lots of great information. She looked like she really enjoyed her job. It is not very often you encounter young individuals who like their job, not to mention, her attitude was great.

This was a beautiful facility and the apartments offered everything you could look for in an apartment.

The community had beautifully well maintained and manicured grounds. I would be very likely to recommend to others.

I really enjoyed my time with the Leasing Professional. The grounds are very well kept and the landscaping is mature. There are a lot of beautiful plants and shade. I feel the community would be a nice place to live.

I was very impressed by the community. I could see the care they put into it and why residence stay so long. I was really glad to have had the experience and I realize I will have to pay more in a better area to get an apartment that I want. The staff seem to have a good attitude. The community had everything I would want in home and I could see myself being very happy leasing from them.

I have lived at Le Provence for the last 10+ years and must say that this is the best managed complex that I have ever lived in. From the front office, maintenance staff and property management personnel, service is a habit!!! They used to have the motto of "Service is a habit with Manco Abbott" and that motto is what everyone on the property represents.
My only complaint is with the overall value in that the units are showing their age and the owner has not stepped up to the plate to keep things modern and fresh. The management company does what it can but ownership of the property is missing the boat (in my opinion).

My husband and I have been living at Le Provence for almost a year now and we can honestly say that we have never been so happy living in an apartment. We've lived in upscale apartments in various cities for the past 10 years now but nothing comes close to the quality of living that this apartment community offers. We absolutely enjoy the simple, expansive layout of the apartment units, high quality amenities, convenient parking/garage, wonderful customer service, and the list goes on. Our experience here has been nothing short of excellent!!

Staff is very pleasant and responsive. They keep everything in good running order and well maintained. Excellent value for what you get. Had pets here and they were well received. (Unfortunately they passed away due to old age.) Complex is quiet and peacefull. Well maintained grounds with green and trees.

I have only been here three months but I have enjoyed living here very much. Early on I had a cealing fan and water heater go out in a three day span, both were replaced the same day I called, I was very impressed. The location is great with everything I need close by. Every time I have had a question the staff in the office has been very helpful.

I enjoy living at this apartment complex. the units are well maintain and the overall man agent is superior. he staff meet all your needs. there is great value for you money here.

Le Provence was a gorgeous community with excellent amenities that included a clubhouse, large fitness center and a beautiful pool area. The apartments were spacious and offered many features. The personnel was professional and friendly and there was 24 hour maintenance and courtesy security patrol. Le Provence had everything I was looking for in my new home.

The community, the staff, the facilities and the amenities were beyond impressive for the physical location. The ambience of the entire location was alluring. From the moment I stepped into the lavishly decorated and furnished office, I was enthralled.

The community looked like a fun place to reside. It was quiet and upscale.
