This is an attractive and clean community. It is in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and freeways. The community has several floor plans to choose from and all of them come with energy efficient appliances. The staff is accommodating and helpful.

The property and amenities were immaculate, and the fitness room was up-to-date with its equipment and TV. The mature landscaping was well maintained and the tall trees were a definite plus in the Fresno heat. The apartments were immaculate and included all the appliances, even the washer and dryer. The leasing professional was courteous, kind and made me fell welcomed.

This place glows from the outside with a sparkling pool, a 24 hour fitness center, gated and well maintained. From the pictures, the units appear to need updating on the inside.

One of the things that stood out the most was the description of maintenance. I felt that they were more attentive at this community than at other communities. The grounds were clearly well cared for as well as the apartment. Everything looked perfect. I was very comfortable during my visit. The idea of a 24 hour gym was great.
