The community was well maintained. Based on my experience, I would likely refer others.

Lease is too expensive

A great community with a helpful and professional staff.

The community looked to be very clean and well kept I only saw a portion of the whole community but was very impressed with what I saw. The leasing professional who helped me was very sweet and very good at creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained with plenty to do. The staff was genuine and friendly.

The layout of the 1247 side is especially nice IMO. I like the variations in layout if the 8 unit clusters. The landscaping is beautiful and the mature trees and lawns make the property stand out from newer complexes that have as many units squeezed in in linear rows with little landscaping.

I would have about five years ago. The office staff and maintenance staff are great each time I’ve interacted with them. The units are old and outdated for the amount of rent now being charged especially for tenants who have been loyal residents.

I have lived here about 2 months now, it has been wonderful. Quiet and peaceful. The grounds are maintained well and looking beautiful. My guests are always impressed when they visit. I have enjoyed my time here so far and recommend to others.

In alll of the time we have lived here, we have never been dissapointed with the care we receive.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in our area.

location is optimal for folks in my income range re: shops
I especially like the proximity to our local library branch and access to Highway 41 is usually reasonable

For the area that we live in and the expectations of what living here should be, I would say the appartements do not live up to how nice you would expect them to be. Old flooring and tile among the top things that REALLY need to be updated. That does not mean that I would not recommend living here, but there are many better updated apartment units just right down the road.

Lease costs are too high. My apartment has very old appliances and my tile is chipped in many places. Other than that I am happy where I live. I really like my apartment location.

There are other apartments close by with more amenities and updates that are nicer. The cost might be a little more in some, but would be worth it. I’ve been here almost 8 years.

We are happy here and will tell anyone why.
