Pretty much everything that I have said above.

The grounds are wonderful; the staff professional and attentive. And we love this part of Fresno for the lovely neighborhoods and all the nearby amenities.

The community is conveniently located. The grounds are well maintained. The staff was professional.

OK - People who have lived here for a long time have old appliances, while revamping vacant apartments. The A/C units in entry to apartments should be partially covered so they are not such an 'eye' sore, and so should the dog bins. And parking grounds should be washed down at least once a month.

We are use to a home.

All the extras make it nice. The garage and the washer and dryer in the unit. It all helps it feel more like a home.

The apartments are nice and I love the location

The appliance is old and AC broke down quite often.

This was a clean and quiet gated community located in Northeast Fresno, in the Champlain/Perrin area. Apartments were spacious and town homes available with attached garages, plenty of storage, spacious floor plans and amenities including a swimming pool/spa area, a 24 hour fitness center, parking and the staff was accommodating and professional.

The location was clean and well kept. The leasing agent was knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment was clean and had a good layout.

Not enough parking spaces available at night and on the weekend.
The walls are thin. I hear my neighbors kids "bouncing off the walls" and arguments frequently when I am trying to sleep.
I work nights... the surprise visits for your routine maintanence and now HUD inspections are not convenient for me. I sleep from 8am-5pm.

The community was very well maintained and had flawless landscaping. The staff was welcoming and informative.
