Would because its safe and fairly quiet and pretty much hassle free. Wouldn't if person doesn't need to be in west linn there,are other option for less money and updated

The people are very nice, but the rent is too expensive. The location is great.

The consistent care and maintenance given to the property. The location includes lots of walking and green spaces.

Would like an adult time at the pool

We would not recommend based on the rent increases being so high every year. There should be some sort of consideration given to those who have paid their rent on time and kept their apartment clean and were compatible neighbors. It feels like we are punished not rewarded for our behavior to have the huge rent increases. There is no initiative to continue to be good tenants. We will be while here. But will always be looking to move.

The challenge is newer properties are being built offering more modern amenities for close to the same prices.

Classy

I know the neighborhood is safe, the schools are excellent & this has obviously been well maintained. When I have visitors, they are surprised when I tell them how old the complex is.

The walls and floors between apts are thinner than I would like.

I would not because of the escalating rent every year by a large amount.

The only reason I wouldnt is the parking.

It's a sure thing. In fact, on several occasions when I have come across folks meeting with the office personnel when considering a rental I sing the praises of the apartment community.

Rent increases are to steep & major upgrades to interior.

The apartment I saw had high ceilings, lots of natural light and did not feel like an apartment. The leasing agent spoke with a lot of pride when she discussed the property and the residents.
