The apartment I saw had high ceilings, lots of natural light and did not feel like an apartment. The leasing agent spoke with a lot of pride when she discussed the property and the residents.

I would undoubtedly lease here because of the agent. He made me feel like I was already home and comfortable.

The staff was outstanding. The community resembled a lot of little houses much more than an apartment property. The landscape was something to behold, from the magnificent trees to the view of Mt. Hood.

This community and the staff will treat you like royalty. Everyone who lives there loves it and will tell you, that you will too. The community is built in a beautiful forested area that had a feel of a neighborhood. I would love to live here and would gladly recommend it to others.

The community had a lot to offer and was priced good for the location. The agent did a great presentation.

This community was very beautiful and in a comfortable park like setting. The shopping was very close and within walking distance. The amenities were top notch and I was impressed with the fact that they provided television in the exercise room as well as free WIFI and a business office for the residence. This was an awesome community to visit.

I really enjoyed the visit with the leasing agent. The property was immaculate. I loved the pool and hot tub. The leasing agent was very engaging and talkative.

The leasing agent was friendly and helpful. The commitment to service showed in the way the community was presented and taken care of. The pride of this community shows. I would be happy to live here. The amenities were very nice. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Driving in to the property I was impressed at the cleanliness and neighborhood feel of the community. It was a beautifully manicured and pleasant property layered with many beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers.

First, when I entered the community and approached the leasing office I said wow this is a place I could live. When I entered the office and club house I was impressed with the rock tile on the floor and the furnishings, they spoke of quality to me. I was also treated like an important guest who staff wanted to see become a resident. Everything from grounds to office and club house, to staff and finally the apartment spoke of professionalism. I would be proud to say I lived at the community.

I really fell in love with the community. The apartment and town homes are unique and spacious, really makes it feel like a home. The community is set up more like a neighborhood, getting away from the feel of a large apartment community where people just blend in.

I was very impressed with this property without even touring the inside of an apartment. The upkeep of the common areas and the professionalism of the staff was very impressive. I may move here soon!
