This is a thoroughly beautiful community. Plus, it is maintained with care and clean as a whistle. The considerable effort given to the presentation and to make me feel wanted and welcome, plus the community's physical features, make this a very desirable place to call home.

The community was very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful. The amount of green space was perfect for the size of the property. It truly felt like a neighborhood and not an apartment community. The apartment that I toured was clean, spacious and well lit. I wished that I could have rented it. The agents were both professional with me but I was able to observe them with other customers. My experience with the target agent was great. He was knowledgeable and confident. His attitude was welcoming and sincere. I arrived a little before his usual lunch break but he did not rush through or cut our tour short. In fact he offered to show me more apartments but I declined due to my work schedule. I would highly recommend the community to anyone.

This property feels like a peacefull retreat above the busy city and highway below. It is extremely well cared for. The shrubs and grass are meticulously groomed and there is a good variety of trees. The apartments are built to feel very spacious with nine foot ceilings, bay windows and large open living areas. The leasing professional is very friendly and responsive. He seems to really care about the residents. The pool and hot tub area is expansive with many lounge chairs. The fitness room is like a nice, clean private gym with a good variety of machines and a television. While feeling like a retreat on a hill, it is also in walking distance of restaurants and a Starbucks. It is a wonderful combination of amenities for someone living in a busy city area.

I found the community was located in a good area, offered everything plus more. I enjoyed my experience on-site, and I found this one of the most thorough and interesting presentations I have ever received.

I really enjoyed my visit today with the leasing professional, and she really sets a good example for the company. She made me feel special and comfortable throughout my entire visit. The wonderful picture she painted of this community was really one that you could feel. If I were truly in the market for a new home I would love to call this community home.

The property is very nice, and the 24 hour fitness room is good perk. The business center is good, but it would be also nice to have WiFi in the clubhouse.
