Yes. Would love to have friends enjoy this community as well. I have much faith in this community and believe others would also be comfortable.

The rent is too high for the shanty apartment that’s infrastructure is degrading. It would be nice to have the carpet refreshed. We’ve been here 5 years and the carpet was soiled when we moved in, but the office claims the do not refresh carpet in occupied apartments. That’s pretty ridiculous. Same with the leaky shower, the running toilets, the light fixture in the kitchen. All get repaired for a couple days and then right back to where they were before the maintenance call.

Parking is horrible. People with garages allowed to park in their "driveways" although this blocks others from entering and leaving parking lot and sidewalks. Some people allowed to put displays or planters outside and yet i have been told I cannot augment my area??

I love driving onto the property with it’s trees, bushes, flowers. I feel as though I am coming into a park area.

It's quiet, well kept up and the office staff seems to be able to handle a large amount of residents with friendly professionalism and who seem to care about their experience here.

I love this apartment community! I tell everyone how great my experience here has been and how happy I am here. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly and I have great neighbors! It was really apparent during the ice storm when everyone was checking on other residents. So sweet!
