The location is what we were looking for. The air condition was a must along with the garage.
We are disappointed with the loud squeaking of the floors. We were scared when the bedroom fan feel on the bed just minutes after we got up. They did install new fans in all three rooms because they where improperly installed originally. The fans are still not completely finished after several months.
