The leasing professional did a superb job showcasing the community and its amenities. He spoke proudly of the community and continually kept me engaged while on tour by developing a rapport with me. He spoke positively about the management team and the maintenance team as well. Without hesitation, I would recommend this community to family and friends seeking a new home.

I lived here for 4 years and this is only time I've ever liked it here. I had major issues with the prior managers who were rude, incompetant, and cheap. The only person I liked were the maintenance man and the leasing girl Renee. The new manager made me feel much better about the place. He was fair, sweet, and listened to me complain about all the things the prior girls didn't do. He also took time out of his day to call and check up on me when I was very sick and in the hospital. I hope they keep him here because the staffing has been like a revolving door.

Again going back to rent being raised every year when its been a proven track record that some people like myself tend to be long term renters. I feel some sort of compensation would go a long way in making the relationship better.

These apts are pretty well maintained.I would not have a problem in telling others about this place, but i would tell them to ask about the rent increases.

Living on first floor is necessary for me. The neighbors above can get very noisey with dogs, kids, even washer/ dryer noise. The noise factor is the only reason I will be looking for another complex.

As far as a great place to call home, yes, absolutely. However, my only reservation in recommending this community to others is strictly based on the rate of rental increases. I love living here! I'm retired and divorced. It is a safe environment to bring my daughter, Eventually, I'll be priced out of the this community. When I moved in three years ago I made that clear that my intentions was to be a long-term resident.

This property is average. There was nothing special about it to set it apart from hundreds of other properties. At the same time, it was acceptable, but uninspiring. It would be an okay place to live.

The people here are a major selling point and the apts. are a good size. It was a great value and community

I would recommend this community since it is a nice neighborhood to live in and especially that the staff is first rate.

A comfortable apartment with a pleasant view.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to my friends or family because of the rent practices. After the initial lease time is up, the rent increase is substantial which forces many people on a budget to move. Most of my friends and family would not appreciate it if I recommended a place to them and they were forced to move after only 1 year of living there.

front office manager is rude and not helpful. and no one ever answers the phone

The grounds and buildings seem a bit old and could maybe be kept up a little better. The community feels quite homely.

Maybe if they have dogs.
