Love the location, how the property is maintained and the personal.

The amount of space for the price and location is why I recommend this apartment complex to others

The residents and staff are lovely here! Also, it's a well thought out community including the apartments itself. Sometimes, the prices are reflected too high for what you are paying for.

I've enjoyed being here

I've had a fairly good experience here. I only left cause I got a house with my fiance. The only issue I had in the past was with some of the office staff, but since Renee and Chris have been here I've had no complaints. Work orders are always done within the same day, and if I needed a package delivered the office would actually drop it in my apartment. The community is starting to look dated, but the people working here do the best they can.

stay away

We have lived here for years and will be moving as soon as lease is up. Our lease has increased by $250. This is ridiculous, they describe the apartment as luxury living which couldn't be farther from the truth. Be prepared for electric bill to be high because of all the cracks. Carpet is nasty, out dated countertops, cabinets, bathrooms and fixtures. You can get much more elsewhere for your money the property grounds are lacking as well. Oh, and pet deposit is 1,000 non refundable. Doesn't sound pet friendly to me.
Hello, I would love to sit down with you and discuss the apartment and some things we can do inside. We are terribly sorry if you feel this way. I will e-mail you directly to schedule some time to talk. I would also like to make sure you didn't pay $1,000 for your pet fee. We only charge $700 for two pets. I'll speak with you soon.

Because of the smoking issue.

Not what I expected.

Me and my mother just moved here
and it's been a bumpy ride ever since.
Candace helped us make our decision in moving here but come move in date she was no longer here which was
very sad because Renee and Christian are very rude to us they do not treat
us like the adults we are. The bill us for things we shouldn't be billed. When
we moved in we took note of all the
things that were broken or weren't
Working etc.. They still have not sent
Anyone to fix those things. Just
overall it hasn't been a pleasant
experience and we plan to move right when our lease is up.
We are very sorry to hear you feel that way. I would love to sit down with you and discuss your issues with the home. Please feel free to contact the office at any time. Have a great day!

Again, it comes down to current rental rates. If they were in the same range or even slightly higher than when I moved here almost a year ago I would recommend to anyone. At the current pricing I simply could not recommend to family or friends.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I found the community and the staff inviting. Although the community was well seasoned, it was evident that it was well-maintained and the staff was exceptional with their customer service. I noted several technicians out and about of the community picking up trash and the leasing professional stopped to pick up some items during our walk.

I don't like the parking arrangement.Overall, it's a good place to live.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

It's a family oriented atmosphere. For the most part, the only shouting or loud vocies you hear are from dogs.

My apartment has flooded 3 times (water pouring from the ceiling) since I have lived here. I am uncomfortable leaving my apartment for extended period of time, since my property might be destroyed by water damage while I am away. Also the dish washer does not do a good job cleaning the dishes.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would NOT solely based on price, the age of the units (and lack of upgrades) and the depressing-looking grounds.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The price based on the amenities is not worth it.
We appreciate your feedback. We are excited to announce that we are renovating the laundry room and adding a dog wash to the community. We are also resurfacing the tennis court.

It is the most affordable complex for the location and a lack of constant police presence, my neighbors are very nice and as I'm the only one with a toddler in the building, I've noticed the closest parking spot to my unit is typically left open and I have appreciated the consideration very much. However, the buildings themselves seem to be older due to the fact that you can hear neighbors through all shared walls and ceiling/floor. My unit is on the outside of the complex and the public sidewalk is an arms reach away from my porch and I have had many people day and night watching me and my child as they pass so we don't go out there anymore. A notice was sent of acceptable window coverings and none of them block the view into my apartment from that same public sidewalk. Those are the only reasons I would not recommend this apartment.
