Once again...rates. I have recommended the community to family and friends with a mention of the steady rates increases. None of those people moved here due to the rates. There are newer and larger units available for the same rates and even lesser.

Again, floor plans are spacious, nice location. But way too expensive for old apartments. Not enough renovation being done.

I have to agree the use of space and design of our floor plans make them feel very open and inviting. Being central in the Plano area also makes our location quite convenient. As we grow as a community we are continuously searching for the best ways to update and improve our appearance and over all living experience. We are planning on a few updates for next year, including a landscaping overhaul to assist with our temperatures and current water restrictions along with exterior painting. I would love to sit down and discuss additional ideas with you at your earliest convenience.

Clean up the complex. Finish the painting. Make sure that there is no standing water after it rains. Check to see that the outside is updated and not rotting. Monitor the speed of the residents - they go 40 mph in the parking lot. Monitor the smoking - people sit on their patios and smoke causing a major problem for those of us allergic to smoke. Do something about the dog poop being picked up at least daily.

We are always looking for ways to improve the look and feel of our community. We are no longer associated with the apartment community next door and unfortunately did not have a hand in choosing their building color. We are planning to update our exterior paint next year to give the community a fresh look. The speed of traffic and the pest waste are definitely areas we can improve on and I assure you I am searching for long term solutions. I understand how frustrating these issues may be and I would love the opportunity to discuss these items with you further. When is the best time to reach you? The community was twenty years old, so the apartments reflected that in their design. They featured larger bedrooms and closets and large kitchens. The cabinets could be updated, but the wood floors were beautiful. It was a nice, comfortable community.

This place had jacked the rent up to way beyond what we were paying a year ago. Keep in mind our apartment is not updated at all. They charge a pet fee that is non-refundable. For what? Thought they were pet friendly. Why charge a fee for having a pet then? Grounds and inside of apartment is just not worth what they are charging. Please shop around before you pick this place. I know for a fact you can get much more elsewhere.

The area, the amenities, and being so pet friendly are all major perks for the complex. Again though, I know a few people who think the rent is too high on some of the units which is a drawback.
