This complex is old. Sheetrock is cracking with foundation issues, window seals are busted, and there have been few recent updates.

This apartment is overpriced for its condition.

Because the MGMT Team that work here really work there tail off to make this place a home. No bull here it is them that make things work.

I would recommend the apartment to others based on the location and the price for the size. The carpet and the countertops were outdated a bit and not that nice. It looked like there was some water damage in the washer/dryer area. The apartment was very spacious but it was not as nice as others in the area. The staff was very friendly and made up for what the grounds lacked.

I love my apartment and am devastated I have to leave. This is truly an amazing place to live. I have never waited even a full 24 hours to have a service request completed.
My only griped are that my renewal rates were big (over $100 in 2 years). But I still would have renewed again if I didn't have to move for work. It is a quiet and friendly community.

The positive nature of the staff and prompt response to any maintence need!

I have lived in many apartments. This has to be one of my favorites, because it is so spacious and not too expensive. When I was looking at other places I noticed the new apartments were smaller and were more expensive. I would rather have more space than newer appliances. I love the fact that it's so close to the dog park and some of the units have a yard. They complete work orders very quickly, in less than 24 hours. The neighbors here seem really nice and alot of people have lived here for many years, which says alot about the community, and the staff.

If it was based on the staff or service we received, we would recommend without hesitation! However, based on the fact that the inside of the apartments are old and outdated, we would not. We are happy for now and satisfied as a family....we are just not proud to show our apartment off to friends, family or coworkers.

Even though I feel it is priced too high the community is safe and comfortable. The staff is super kind and helpful.
