I selected the apartments based on the location, price, being in a nice neighborhood. I have recommended the apartments many times but didn't have luck getting people to move there.

This is a wonderful community with enthusiastic and energetic leasing agents who care about how their residents live. I love the amenities offered by the community and believe my customer service experience was a grand one.

Although a positive living experience, the rental increases would be something I would discuss with prospective residents.

i would recommend this place because of the responsive office and the maintenance people. At the same time I am not sure if the rent price is that good based on the age of the apartment and the amenities.

Parking in building 2 is HORRIBLE!!! There are not enough spaces to accomodate the amount of units and it is very frustrating to never be able to park in front of your own building. Please do something to address this!!! Has been an issue as long as I've lived here.

I love layout and the price for the amount of square feet.

There is alot of turn over in residents lately. While looking for apartments you can find a newer/larger place for not too much more.

This place is a little old and overpriced. However, the current management is exceptional (especially Christian)! Previous management has been a joke, but the current team is wonderful. This team actually seems to care about their renters. Things are fixed promptly (usually within 24 hours). I had to take a job in another city, otherwise I would still be living here. I am currently living in another CWS property and have been happy with this brand.

Again, too expensive for old apartments. Really starting to look "trashy".

Quiet, office & maintanence are friendly and helpfull, grounds are clean and well maintained, a d the apartments are comfortable.

The leasing professional was very nice and knowledgeable, but the property did not impress me.

Great community and office staff makes a difference.

FANTASTIC, honestly. This is literally the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff is wonderful. They take care of your concerns or problems in a very prompt fashion and are so courteous. Maintence gets here so quickly and is determined to set things right. I could not be happier. Rent is very good for Plano! Apartments themselves are very nice. The grounds are pretty and I love all the trees! I am so glad I chose to live here.
Christian in the office is the BEST. He is so personable and he will call you back if you send an email or leave a message with a problem you are having. Renee in the office is great also! And I have talked a little with Candice and no complaints with her either. Just a great bunch of people and a good community.
