The staff was great and friendly. They were inviting and willing to help anyone who came in. The value of the apartment was good. The apartment had some good updated features considering the age of the community and floor plans were very open and I liked that.

I still like where I live and I do recommend it. Many of my friends find it out of date but I do point out the safely and the work the management is doing to improve appearances.

Under so many changes now it's hard to recommend because I'm not completely happy myself. The construction and maintenance make that hard.

Most of the people I know are on fixed incomes and I fear these unnecessary daily fluctuating rental rates would frighten them away. And some of the restrictions on what can and cannot be displayed on one's own porches is a bit daunting and rather tyrannical. When one cannot display an American flag on holidays, we are losing what is left of our country's core beliefs. That is tragic indeed.
Thank you for your comments and concerns. We encourage all our residents to make their porches and patios their own. We are currently having patio and yard of the month contest. We do have to have certain policies in place to keep the improvement of Spring Creek as a whole moving forward.

The leasing professional was very friendly throughout the on-site visit. I would probably recommend the community to family and friends because of the location and price. The leasing professional asked me to come visit again and offered to make a decision on the apartment promptly. She presented me with a business card and brochure with the prices, to help me make a decision on an apartment. Based on her presentation, I would have leased the apartment, because she seemed to care about my needs and was comfortable speaking to me. My experience made me feel valued as a potential resident.

Because this is not a place to live for a longer time due to the unlimitedly increasing rental rate.

I am checking our system for work orders pertaining to this issue and I have gone all the way back to November of 2014 and I am not seeing any work orders regarding floor issues. I do apologize if there was any miscommunication and I would love the opportunity to meet with you and perhaps come by and take a look at the issue that you have with your flooring. You can give me a call or email me and let me know what day would be convenient for me to come by.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone because I feel like you don't get what you are paying for. Also, it seems like every other week the water is getting turned off for repairs and the water bill is extremely too high and I don't have a washer/dryer nor do I use the dishwasher.
Renovations are not always an easy process. After our conversation I do believe by working together we can make the remainder of your time here with us 100% better!

The community was clean and adequately maintained. Upgrades could be applied considering the rental rate they were asking.

The apartment and amenities look very dated. There were not any special areas for residents like a clubhouse or recreational room. There was no exercise room. The inside apartment countertops were plastic looking marble. The grounds were maintained, but this looked like an old community.
Spring Creek is a very quaint, beautiful community. We are currently undergoing a major facelift. Please check us out when this is complete. It is going to be awesome!
