I couldn't agree more! We are always looking for innovative ways to enhance the community for not only our pet owners, but those who choose to not have fur babies in the community. Leaving our furry friends outside for extended periods of time is not only inconvenient to neighbors but hazardous to the pet. I assure you that we will continue to monitor and notify pet owners of the proper way to care for their little ones.

I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with pests in your home. I am happy to have our pest management team spray your apartment. They visit our community every Thursday and are available upon request. I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the weekly pest control service. Thank you so much for your feedback. We are currently working on a landscaping plan to enhance the look of the entire property. The updated landscaping paired with updating our exterior paint and replacing the wooden fencing throughout the community will definitely give us the update that we need. We are also putting together a plan to address the issues we are experiencing in our pool areas. We have been fighting the ground shifting, but are hopeful that we will produce a positive solution.

Thank you for your feedback. Running out of parking spaces can definitely be frustrating. We do our best to monitor the vehicles parked in the community to ensure that they are not taking up spaces for long periods of time. I would be happy to stop by and assess the noise in your home to see how we can reduce the sound level.

The Plano area is an extremely convenient location. You get the best of both worlds; close to shopping and entertainment but also plenty of outdoor space and natures furry friends. We are so glad you enjoy the location of our community and hope that you will continue your stay with us!
