Not really convient for handicap/elderly. Access to mail center is difficult. Have asked several time over the years for a hand rail to access the boxes.

One block over the rent is comparable and the units are so much nicer.
Thank you for your feedback! Spring Creek has so many major improvements scheduled for 2016. For example, both pools are currently under renovation, new decks, new tile, re-plaster, new pool furniture. Property is being painted and all wood repaired. We are also working with a landscape architect to improve out landscaping through out the property. Foundation and concrete repairs are in progress right now. Spring Creek will be a property where our residents will be proud to call home once again!

The community appeared to be well cared for and the lease rates for the apartment I was shown was reasonable. The leasing professional was an all around very nice person.

Ask me this question 6 months from now. Let's see how the foundation old's up. And how much the price is going up. I know the management has no say in this. It has to go with what Corporate say's. (INVESTORS)

I referred someone last summer and it has turned out to be a nghtmare for them. It is obvious that the staff was aware of the major foundation issues prior to them moving in and now they have been asked to relocate in order to repair the foundation. I found this very embarrassing since I recommended the property.

The leasing team at the community displayed good service beginning over the telephone to close. The community offered multiple amenities for future residents such as 24-hour fitness center, tennis court, small play ground area for children to play.

My only two gripes are the "not" hot tub and the grill grates. I know that sounds picky, but, both are amenities I value.
Spring Creek has a lot of improvements scheduled. Those will include new grills at both pools along with repairs and improvements to the pool and hot tub. So excited!

The Park on Spring Creek was a sleepy, laid back community. It was pleasant reasonably priced and appeared to be a very nice place to live. The leasing professional was very upbeat and enjoyable to tour with.

I've been here for several years and would recommend friends to move here. First because many\most of the folks I knew have moved away so I'd like to have more friends nearby. They're priced competively but some internal updates or upgrades would be a nice touch. Especially for some of us older long-term residents
