I would't recommend it to my single girlfriends for safety reasons. But for my male friends who need a place to live, I think it's a good value.

We value your input.If you ever feel uncomfortable or your neighbors are making loud and excessive noise you can let us know in the office and we will be more than happy to address this for you. If it is after hours, we have recently hired two new courtesy officers that you can contact by calling the office number and pressing option 4. Both of these options are completely anonymous. You also have the option, if you haven't done so already, of having your intrusion alarm programmed by a member of our maintenance staff. You can also have these monitored by an alarm company if you wish. If you have any other issues or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us

I would do to easy access to Park & Ride or I-10 Freeway plus the office personnel are very nice and helpful. The apartments itself are nice as well but would not due to not enough storage and rent too high.

I rented at worse places. The only reason to stay here over others is becuase of the location.

In regards to your concerns about other renters near you, we screen every resident through the same process. If your neighbors are making excessive noise after hours, you may call the courtesy officer by dialing 281-829-2500 and selecting option 4. Per Fair Housing laws, there are no designated areas for any particular age group of resident. At the end of your current lease, if you would like to transfer to an apartment that can receive satellite signal, please contact us. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to improve your stay here at Marquis on Park Row.

The noise from Top Golf is unbearable. First, The speaker sound from Top Golf is so loud that I can not sleep at night and it is not stop until 1:OOAM. Second, The high sound of noise from the load in front of Top Golf is more serious. whenever car out of Top Golf, It accelerate and make huge noise. Sometime it can cause cry and shake his body by surprise. I suggest to the housing office writing a claim letter to city for making speed bumper in that road but It never happen so far. multiple speed bumper along the road can actually improve this situation.

As a REALTOR, Curb appeal is very important to me. The Model is nice but I think a FRESH LOOK would be more impressive!

You'll be happy to know we are currently renovating the fitness center and it should be back open on Monday, February 3rd. With the change of management its now 24 hours and we are adding free weights in addition to other new equipment.
