I really enjoyed meeting with the leasing agent. The office was very busy, so I had to wait for a little while before my tour, but once it started, it was a joy. The property and the amenities were amazing for the age. Very well taken care of and the leasing agent really loved the property. The property could really sell itself, but the leasing agent just added greater value. The community would have been my top pick out of all the places I had visited.

Rent is high for the area and for what u get. Valet trash pickup is worthless but u have to pay for it. No one enforces the rules and there are NO community activities or meetings.

There are too many other properties being built that offer more amenities and more bang for your money.

The property was among the best I had seen in the area. The prices were reasonable and if I were truly in the market for an apartment, I would have leased there.

For the amount of rent you pay, you should definitely get better service AT THE VERY LEAST. You pay a lot for practically nothing.

Between the kid and dog friendly atmosphere and the office/maintence speed of service, I would highly recommend The Marquis on Park Row to any friend or family member.

The community had great rates for everything it was offering, The staff was friendly and professional. The amenities were clean and the landscaping was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We are told what can/cannot be on the patio and maintenance requests some times take several days. In addition to parking permits.
We take pride in our community we do this for our residents we appreciate you and hope to continue to make this the best community possible.

Would recommend, but only to speak to this one contact (due to my friend's poor experience the other person). Have recommended due to the ease of living, the relative safety of the complex, and the reasonable prices. Pet policy is also reasonable, as are the rental pay policies (online, with no added fee).
