Fairly large community west of Houston just minutes from plenty of entertainment, retail, and dining options. Lots of square footage for reasonable rates. Very informed and welcoming leasing staff.

The apartment complex is convenient and meets everything one would want in an apartment. The Staff is very responsive and does not make excuses. They act quickly and follow-up quickly. I like living at the Marquis on Park Row!

Ever since Harvey the renters have changed for the worse. Several families living in one apartment, garbage on the grounds have increased. Kids run wild and the complex in all has gone down.

It is a clean and well maintained property. Pricing is on point and reasonable for being by Interstate 10, a major highway. IT is very easy to commute to a mid-town or downtown job or in general to hang out on the weekend.
