I thought the community with all of the updated features you could think of was great. It felt quiet and homey, despite being close to the interstate and Top Golf. he rental rates were commensurate with what you would receive.

When I first moved in, I highly recommended the complex. Now just about completing two years I feel things have not improved and would caution family or friends.

My maintance request has not been completed and it's been a month since I sent in my request. I called the office and left messages and never heard back. I even went to the office when someone told me he was sending someone and no one showed.
In January!I went to go pick up a package and the lady at the office told me there was not a package for me and gave me attitude about it. The reason why I went to the office was because in my amazon email the message told me it was in fact delivered at the office. Seven months later I received an email from the apartment complex saying I have a package waiting for me. I went to go pick up my package and it was the package from January and my package was partially opened.

The value was about average for the amount of apartment features and amenities I would be getting for the price. I would have leased based on that. The community was quiet and pleasant, as well and nicely kept. My experience with the agent was average, as well.

The rules in place on the lease aren't enforced, kids without parents at the pool, people storing trash on patios, leaving trash can oit next to do 24/7 at building west of office

The community was very clean and maintained. The location is very convenient having access to the major roads and freeways. The apartment and space compared to price is very reasonable considering the market. I would lease a apartment based off the price I was quoted. The leasing professional was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and made sure the small details stood out in the apartment home.
