The experience was not bad. I would have like it if I had been told more about the different features and offered to view them all. The community could use a little more selling features for the price.

The community was extremely attractive. It had excellent curb appeal due to the cleanliness throughout the community. The office and clubhouse were light and airy and the décor was elegant and very eye appealing. The amenities were state of the art and very well maintained.

The rent is too high for the age of the apartments. Also the apartments aren't very efficient. Electricity costs are about 250% of what I paid at a similar sized newly built apartment. Insulation is terrible. AC and heating units are old. Weather stripping around doors is so bad you can see light through the cracks. Windows don't seal.

The only thing we need is to continue the presence of a security guard. That is a must for a property on or very close to the interstate.

I love this place but with so many new apartment community and same monthly rent it would be a hard sell.

Safe, clean, good location

We are also in the process of updating our gate systems(call box) in efforts to better serve our residents. Managment needs to change as in personel staff. Mary does not have any idea how to manage this propety. Again, the only office personel who is friendly, nice and helpful is Jennifer. Everyone else needs to be let go.
