Had I know of some of the fee's I was going to be charge like trash at $35 I would have really looked at other places to compare costs

The leasing professional was pleasant and friendly and presented the community in a professional manner. It showed well and would be an option if I were looking to move. I would refer this community to family and colleagues without any hesitation.

Parking is terrible. Cars have to park on curbs at times and I may have to park at a far end of the next building over at times. The parking spots in front of our building is not enough to satisfy our building alone and to include the building in front of us makes parking horrendous at evenings and weekends. I would not recommend any one to live in building 9 or on the dog park side of the complex.
