Roaches!!!
I have had roaches since the day I moved in and it seems that nothing is being done about it. Apartments are way too pricey to have roaches problems. New management took over and they are terrible.
It is with great regret you may have had an unpleasant experience while living at Marquis on Park Row. We have many residents who reside in our community that do enjoy living here and we continue to strive to offer our residents a pleasant lifestyle. Too pricey, people starting to move in with cars that aren't registered/imspected or piled with clothes. I've had more so gs in my car since I moved here in Dec 2013 than the previous 11 years living elsewhere.

Summer with No AC
I moved in a little less than 2 months ago. My AC went out yesterday. Maintenance came twice only to provide a quick fix. It's 2:56am I have been calling the on call service since midnight when my AC went out again & no one has responded to my service request. It's summer no one should have to deal with this

The property was clean and looked well maintained. The amenities were modern and the fitness center had a set of equipment and workout machines. The location was also close to shops and restaurants, as well as a golf course.

Maintenance personnel are fabulous and very prompt responding to requests. Always friendly and courteous. We are on the first floor and noise from apartment above us is sometimes pretty loud but I am sure they are not doing anything to cause that to happen.

Ok apartments
The place is ok. Neighbors are loud and leave trash everywhere around my apartment. Ariana is awesome!! She's very sweet and truly helps out everyone with whatever issue they might have. There is a new lady named Lizz, I believe. She is very rude and unpleasant. There is a dog that howls and barks all night and when I tried calling to place a complaint, they asked me to call them back when I found out where the noise is coming from. Isn't that your job? Overall, ok apartments but I will not renew another year.
