Concerns fall on deaf ears of staff, no accountability, always excuses and someone (vendor) else's fault and no consequences (fines) to residents who break community rules.
Our entire staff would like to thank you for your survey responses and we are working diligently to be one of the best communities on Park Row. We appreciate you continued residency and wish you a wonderful summer! We are truly sorry we did not give you the opportunity to feel heard. Again we will work hard to live up to your expectations.

The apartments are very nice, clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and it feels like a safe environment. The access to I10 is a nice selling feature. Rent is somewhat comparable to the area.
Thank you to one of our greatly appreciated residents at the Marquis on Park Row. Without you here we would not be as good a place to live. Thank you for making this community your home.

The community had all the amenities needed to make it your home. The staff was friendly and personable. They seemed to enjoy what they do and the company they work for. It was well kept and offered monthly resident events, two pools and a Jacuzzi. The ease of the online application and discounts were decent for leasing on the spot or within 24-hors. I would live there happily.

The leasing agent was so personable and friendly. I could easily see myself living there and greeting him and other agents on a regular basis. The grounds were meticulously maintained and beautiful The pool was lovely and so were the apartments, they were very nice.

Because the complex is older you can hear your neighbors frequently. I also don't like the new parking permits. I just left another complex to get away from that. No one wants to live in a place where guests can't come and park in the complex. It's also bothersome to hear your neighbors all the time.

I really enjoyed the tour at the Marquise at the community and the leasing professional was great. She wasted no time in following up with me after I spoke withe the offsite agent. She emailed me before and after the visit and followed up with me within 48 hours. She was an exceptional agent.

I'm pretty picky about...everything, so I think I'm pretty discerning when comes to picking out quality places. I think that based on the location and the proximity to major freeways and major locales (malls, restaurants, attractions, etc.), as well as the size and amenities offered within the units, I think that it's totally worth the price. If someone was looking for an all around "good" or "nice" complex within a certain price range, I would definitely recommend this one. In fact, not even 6 months into my lease, and I had already decided that I was going to renew for another 13 months.

Right now I would not recommend it. There is no place to park.
