This complex does not have elevators. Older clientele would find it helpful, maybe movers, too).
Would like to see more choice for cable providers.
Good location with easy access to freeway, downtown and Galleria. Close to grocery stores/other shops, dry cleaners etc. Fairly quiet location.

I have recommended these apartments to several co-workers, three of whom moved in. However, large rent increases and the lack of parking have caused us all to become disenchanted.

I love living here along with the amenities but the rent is going up too much so I wouldnt recommend people who are looking for apartment living. The rent is becoming the same as renting a house.

If what my friends (have no family, here) and colleagues most seek in an apartment community is excellent proximity to the Galleria, Medical, Museum and Downtown areas, then I would definitely recommend the Marquis at Pin Oak. It is a very central and accessible location. If they require a quiet environment, I cannot recommend it. And, plainly there are some safety and security issues with this complex, which - given that it is supposedly a gated community (for which we are paying a premium) - make it more difficult to recommend.

I would highly recommend this complex except for parking and somewhat pricey rent.

I have recommended to a bunch. Like i said i like this place but the appliances and rent should go hand in hand. Loyal residents should be offered lower prices.

I enjoyed touring the community. Everyone was nice and professional. Once again considering the bad weather, the community looked good. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and visit or even live at this community based off of my visit with them. I guarantee their visit would be memorable.

I was in a bit of a hurry to find an apartment. I had to move in a week and then found this place with a unit available. Place was great and esp. Joseph, he was a great help and went beyond his call of duty to help us out. I really appreciate that. Thanks a lot.

Re: the comments listed, it appears owners/mgmt. do not give proper consideration to the requests of tenants.It is my understanding from speaking to other tenants that complaints about T.V. are constant..Why don't you change?? These complaints have been ongoing for YEARS !!!!

I am moving from Florida, and had to do so in a hurry and within a week. I can honestly say I never would've accomplished this if it wasn't for Joseph's expert customer service skills and pro activity in finding me a unit that would suit all my needs. Thanks to Joseph and the staff at, Marquis at Pin Oak, I was able to move stress free and comfortably. I highly recomend this fine development!

The community is in an excellent part of town and is very safe.

Parking is very frusting.

I would and have recommended the property to many. My sister also lives in the complex. We all work in the medical center and have recommended it to residents looking for relocation options.

People who visit like it, but it is not worth the price. When I tell them about the problems that I have had, they usually say, "No thank you." Even with the monetary incentive, I could not in good conscience recommend this complex.
