Management has been very helpful despite new people being hired and the interior could use some help. However, security is absolutely terrible. There are two guards that are great, but others are non existent. I've also informed management multiple residents are using handicapped parking spots as regular spots but nothing has been done. I was told to bring in a license plate number but I've told them it wasn't just one resident. I've seen residents park in the handicap spot when there were multiple spots available right next to it. There is a tow truck number on the gates that I've tried calling but security tells them they are not allowed to enter. It's embarrassing to the residents who are handicapped.

Internet (Access media 3) is absolutely atrocious. It's time to update the lines running to the complex to accommodate the higher traffic load at night time. Had I known it would be this bad, I mightve looked elsewhere.

Outside parking is very tight. I have already had the misfortunate of hitting the side of a car while trying to back out of outside covered parking.
Need a walking and/or jogging path of some sort. I see residents,joggers, residents with dogs, and parents with children walking in the car lane and am fearful a car would back out or be driving too fast on the lane or turning a corner and not see them, whether it be daytime or nite. Some more lighting might be needed at the turns. Also maybe caution signs might be needed to remind residents to drive slowly because of children or put up a speed limit sign.

I really enjoyed viewing the community. It felt like a home, and the leasing professional presented it well.

I'm torn here. The apartment itself is great and I like the staff, but my friends and I expect to be able to access the internet on a nightly basis and Access Media 3 is not delivering that. If you want to continue attracting young professionals for multiple years you need to allow AT&T and Comcast into the complex.

The location of the community is perfect for anyone who wants to live inside the loop. The office staff is wonderful and very professional. Only suggestion is to upgrade all the units. Some are a little out dated or appliances are mix matched color.

We have lived here for awhile now and would highly recommend this community.
The staff are great, always have a smile and willing to help solve any problems that come up, as there always is something, after all these are apts not houses.
The grounds are maintained well and landscaping is always bright and cheerful.
The apts themselves are really very nice, spacious with interior design elements such as crown moldings, granite countertops and elegant touches throughout.
The pool area is like a resort, with a huge swim area, heated lap pool and a spa that is large and always hot.
The maintenance team here are fantastic and always do their very best
to take care of your problems as quickly as possible.
Really appreciate the guard at the gate at nite and would like one during the day
Would like to see a restriction on weight and breed of dogs here.
Its a great place to make your next home.

However, I have several friends who live within the complex and no of us have ever received the repeatedly advertised "referral incentive." When we moved in we told the office who referred us and they never received any credit.

I would and have. I recommended it to my sister. I also work in the medical center and often recommend it to co-workers or patients looking for flexible lease terms.

The community location was great. It was very close to the galleria shopping center. The apartment pool was large, clean and open almost all year round. Included in the apartment was a washer/dryer, which was convenient. The location was very quiet and calm as well.

I would recommend it for people with pets because there are limited options and it is pet friends.

My recommendation would really only depend upon the needs of my friends and family. If they needed a place to rent in the Galleria area, yes I would recommend checking out the Marquis at Pin Oak. There is nothing bad about the community that would make me not recommend it.

The rent is too expense for the quality of the apartment.

I WOULD RECOMMEND BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HERE EIGHT YEARS AND ENJOYED MY HOME HERE VERY MUCH.
