I most definitely would and have recommended friends to be residents on this property and will continue too. The reason is clearly because of how the property is kept up and the staff takes action and maintenance is prompt and well done.

This was a nice property situated close to two major highway systems, great retail, and shopping. They offered spacious apartments with great windows and nice standard features. I would definitely recommend this property.

I have lived at the Marquis for almost 9 years and have enjoyed my experience. However, recently various issues have arisen that have frustrated me. I live on the first floor and am having issues with cigarettes being thrown down from above. They litter my porch, the area in front of my porch, land in my potted plants, etc. I have reported it twice to the apartment complex and it's still an issue. In order to enjoy sitting on my porch, I have to first clean up all of the random cigarettes and related trash thrown from above. I don't feel that should be my responsibility. Additionally, the person who lives above me is extremely loud (can't figure out if they're exercising or literally walk that heavily) at all hours, even moreso in the evenings and during the night. I recently had a guest who commented on the fact that the noise from above continued well into the night and early morning. I have not reported this to the apartment complex management since (1) I don't know why it's so loud and (2) I reported the cigarette issue twice and I'm still having the problem. All of this has only come up in my last year of the 9 years. Overall, the living experience has been great before this last year.

I'd caveat that it's older, amenities are limited compared to the newer places (at least the ones we'd looked at) and that the parking can be brutal in the evenings, but that the floor plans are awesome, the price is fair and it's a great place for young professionals.

If all the apartments were upgraded and parking was sufficient then YES. At this point, I can't. I have a friend who chose the property across the street rather than this community due to the parking issues and the 1990's interior.

The community appeared nicely kept. The pool area looked very inviting. The agent was friendly and polite.

I have recommended this complext to friends and fellow workers because of the price, the location, the amenities and the staff.

I think that security is a real weakness at the apartment, especially in the day time.

I recommend the complex for the value and grounds (pool, grills, etc.), but it would come with the caveat that the interior is only ok.

You need to have a guard at the door during the days as this is when people are in work!

Price is good for location, amenities are great (especially the pool area). Workout facility could use an overhaul.

The cable/ Internet provider is so bad that I will likely not renew my lease and I warn others as well. I really enjoy the community and staff, but I work from home and need more options or a better provider.

The community is very well maintained. The price is a bit high compared to other properties. I did not see a parking garage.
