I think this is a great place to life with the exception of price. I have recommended people to live here and would continue to do so.
Thank you for your recent survey and feedback. Please let me know if you would like to set up an appointment to discuss your renewal rate. I see this will be your second renewal with us. An offer with a $0 increase was emailed again this morning. Keep in mind these offers are only valid for 15 days. As for the grills, we replaced both pool grills in July. We hope to add other great items to our pool this coming year. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to make your stay more comfortable. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your day.

After touring the property, I feel that they can pay more attention to the apartments. In the apartment, I saw the wood floor buckling. The vacant lot that sits behind the property takes away from the community.

The entire community was well-kept. I easily located the community. The signs to the leasing office were clear and visible. The grounds, pools and other common areas were clean and well maintained. My first impression of the community was a good one. I would have leased because the community was nice and so was the leasing professional.

Rental rate might be considered too high for an older complex and friends might not think "luxury" amenities here compare to those at other more modern luxury apartments. Also, it is inconvenient having to use AccessMedia3 as a cable provider. The service is very overpriced and the company is difficult to deal with!
