I'd definitely recommend this apartment to my friends, but I'd let them know the parking is pretty bad. If they don't mind having to walk forma he garage then they should move in.

The property felt very warm. The floor plans and layouts were unique. The moldings and built-ins gave the apartment a special charm. The mature trees and clean grounds made the property very appealing.

The staff is generally rude and dismissive. Linda and the community manager especially have made us feel unwanted in the community and have communicated unwillingness to work with and for residents.

It's been a place for construction workers to do their work at since I moved in. I've never lived in a place that has contract workers come and work on the property but not in the buildings.

Please know our company is always looking for ways to enhance the living environment of our residents and sometimes this means outside contract work. Rental rate might be considered too high for an older complex and friends might not think "luxury" amenities here compare to those at other more modern luxury apartments. Also, it is inconvenient having to use AccessMedia3 as a cable provider. The service is erratic and overpriced and the company can at times be difficult to deal with!

Unwarranted rent increases

I hope this email finds you well this Tuesday morning! I thank you for the recent survey and feedback. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the current renewal offer. The only thing we can guarantee is the same rate for the lease term you signed, once that expires, so does your current rental rate.

I am happy to send over a new set of renewal offers on March 17th, 2017. We would absolutely love for you to continue being part of this community, however we want you to make the decision that best fits your specific needs.

The leasing agent had a rigid, slightly cold beginning and made up for her lack of warmth during the tour. She seemed very eager to show me the apartments available, as well as the tried to get me the best one; however, after putting in all that work, she allowed me to walk away so easily. There had to have been another way to keep me excited about the other option that was unavailable to view at the time and leaving without putting up some type of financial commitment.

I recommend it to ppl all the time bc they won't beat the rent, but I do warn them that the walls are incredibly thin.
